From RCMP:
Members of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) Kings District Kingston are investigating a residential fire at the 965 Pickering Lane , Greenwood that has claimed the life of an infant.
An adult male with injuries sustained in the fire was sent to the QEII Burn Unit in Halifax and an adult female escaped from the story and a half home. The 911 call was received at
5:40 am and the cause of the fire is being investigated.
The RCMP are working with the Nova Scotia Fire Marshall’s office and the Nova Scotia Medical Examiners office to determine the cause of this fire.
