Intersection Closure – Upper Water and Cogswell streets

Work details: This work is in support of the Cogswell District project.<www.halifax.ca/cogswell> Crews will be installing the final underground infrastructure across the Cogswell Street and Upper Water Street intersection. This closure is in addition to the closure of Upper Water Street and Barrington Street<www.halifax.ca/home/news/intersection-closure-upper-water-street-barrington-street> from April 14 to May 5.
Traffic impact: Traffic along Upper Water Street will be detoured to Reconciliation Way.
Pedestrian and cyclist impact: Pedestrians and cyclists will be directed across the Cogswell and Upper Water Street intersection by traffic control.
