Road Closure – Smith Avenue
Location: Smith Avenue, from Cole Harbour Road to the end of Smith Avenue
Date: Monday, Oct. 25 to Monday, Nov. 8

Time: Weekdays from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. (not including weekends)

Work details: Paving project with curb repairs. This project supports the 2021-25 Regional Council Strategic Priorities Plan<www.halifax.ca/sites/default/files/documents/city-hall/budget-finances/2021%20StrategicPrioritesPlan_Final.pdf> to establish a safe and accessible integrated mobility network.

Traffic impact: Smith Avenue, from Cole Harbour Road to the End of Smith Avenue, will be closed on weekdays. Local traffic only access will be maintained. A marked detour will be in place while work is underway. Motorists should expect delays and are asked to use alternative routes whenever possible.
