Work details: This work is for pavement maintenance, which supports the 2021-25 Regional Council Strategic Priorities Plan<www.halifax.ca/sites/default/files/documents/city-hall/budget-finances/2021%2520StrategicPrioritesPlan_Final.pdf> to establish a safe and accessible integrated mobility network.
Traffic impact: Swaine Street, from Chebucto Road to Berlin Street, will be closed while work is underway. A signed detour route will be in place. Local street access will be maintained, and the sidewalks will remain open. Motorists should expect delays and are advised to use alternative routes whenever possible.
