Date: Saturday, November 5 to Sunday, November 6 and Saturday, November 12 to Sunday, November 13
Time: 5 p.m. Saturday to 8 a.m. Sunday each weekend (the road will remain closed overnight)
Work details: This work is to support service connections and the reinstatement of Waverley Road, as part of the Port Wallace development<www.shapeyourcityhalifax.ca/port-wallace>.
Traffic impact: Waverley Road, between 404 and 420 Waverly Road, will be closed while work is underway. Local access will be maintained. The sidewalk will also be closed during this work. Vehicular, pedestrian and bicycle traffic will be redirected at Montague Road (southbound) and Breeze Drive (northbound). Detour signage and traffic control personal will be in place. Motorists should expect delays and are asked to use alternative routes whenever possible.
