Road Closure – Windmill Road
Location: Windmill Road, between Jamieson Street and Brookside Avenue
Date: Thursday, May 12 to Thursday, June 9
Time: 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, weekdays only
Work details: This closure is to facilitate work related to Halifax Water’s Wyse Road Sewer Separation project<halifaxwater.ca/project/wyse-jamieson-upgrades>.
Traffic Impact: Stop and go traffic will be in effect. Sidewalks and bike lanes will be closed around the worksite, and traffic control personnel will be on-site to assist pedestrians with crossing the street. Cyclists and motorists will merge to one lane through the stop-and-go area. Motorists can expect delays in the area and are asked to take alternative routes where possible.
