Road Construction – Buckingham Drive
Location: Buckingham Drive, from Flat Lake Drive to Penny Lane

Date: Tuesday, Sept. 21 and Wednesday, Sept. 22

Time: 12 noon to 7 pm (Tuesday only)
7 a.m. to 6 p.m. (Wednesday only)

Work details: This work is for installation of traffic calming. This project supports the 2021-25 Regional Council Strategic Priorities Plan<www.halifax.ca/sites/default/files/documents/city-hall/budget-finances/2021%20StrategicPrioritesPlan_Final.pdf> to establish a safe and accessible integrated mobility network.
Traffic impact: Stop and go traffic will be in place during this work. Motorists should expect delays and are asked to use alternative routes whenever possible.

Construction during COVID-19: Construction crews will strive to maintain physical distancing measures, however, residents may see workers within two metres of each other while completing certain tasks which aligns with the exemptions outlined in the Provincial Health Order. If approaching construction crews, residents are asked to maintain at least two metres of physical distancing.
