Road Construction – Highway 2 Fall River

Locations: Highway 2 – Fall River Road roundabout to Rocky Lake Drive (9-11 a.m.)
Highway 2 – Coach Avenue to Holland Drive (11:45 a.m.-1:45 p.m.)
Highway 2 – Sunnylea Road to Collins Drive (1:45-4 p.m.)

Work details: These delays are a result of ongoing road construction projects in support of the 2021-25 Regional Council Strategic Priorities Plan<www.halifax.ca/sites/default/files/documents/city-hall/budget-finances/2021%20StrategicPrioritesPlan_Final.pdf> to establish a safe and accessible integrated mobility network.

Traffic impact: Lane drops with occasional stop-and-go traffic will be in place while work is underway. Motorists should expect delays and are asked to take alternative routes whenever possible.
