Road Construction – Windmill Road

Location: Windmill Road, from Akerley Boulevard to Victoria Road
Date: Saturday, Sept. 17 and Monday, Sept. 19
Time: 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. (Saturday, Sept. 17) and 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. (Monday, Sept. 19)

Work details: This work is related to pavement management. This project supports the 2021-25 Regional Council Strategic Priorities Plan<www.halifax.ca/sites/default/files/documents/city-hall/budget-finances/2021%20StrategicPrioritesPlan_Final.pdf> to establish a safe and accessible integrated mobility network.

Traffic impact: Lane drops will be in place while work is underway. Motorists should expect delays and are advised to use alternative routes whenever possible.
