Friday, Jan. 22, 2016 (Halifax, NS) – Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents and motorists that crews will have lane closures setup in the inbound lane of St. Margaret’s Bay Road and the outbound lane of Herring Cove Road tomorrow (Saturday) from 9:30 a.m. until 2 p.m. to accommodate tree trimming activities in the area.
The Armdale Rotary will be reduced to one lane while this work is underway. Both St. Margaret’s Bay Road and Herring Cove Road will maintain two lanes of traffic at all times.
Motorists should expect delays in the area and are asked to use alternative routes whenever possible.
Also, pedestrians should note the sidewalk will be closed while crews are working overhead. The municipality apologizes in advance for any inconvenience this work may cause.
