Work details: This work is to facilitate the excavation for sidewalks and bike lanes, which supports the 2021-25 Regional Council Strategic Priorities Plan<www.halifax.ca/sites/default/files/documents/city-hall/budget-finances/2021%20StrategicPrioritesPlan_Final.pdf> to establish a safe and accessible integrated mobility network.
Traffic impact: An altered centreline will be in place while work is underway. Two way traffic will be maintained. Motorists should expect delays and are asked to use alternative routes wherever possible.
