Work details: This work is to facilitate road and sidewalk construction, which supports the 2021-25 Regional Council Strategic Priorities Plan<www.halifax.ca/sites/default/files/documents/city-hall/budget-finances/2021%20StrategicPrioritesPlan_Final.pdf> to establish a safe and accessible integrated mobility network.
Traffic impact: Two-way traffic with an altered centreline will be in place while work is underway. There will be a sidewalk closure between Gladstone Street and Windsor Street, with detours in place for pedestrians. Motorists should expect delays and are asked to use alternative routes wherever possible.
