Traffic Delay – Almon Street Location: Almon Street, from Robie Street to Gladstone Street Date: Thursday, Aug. 29 to Friday, Oct. 4 Time: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. (weekdays only) Work details: This work includes Regional Central AAA Bikeway in support of the 2021-25 Regional Council Strategic Priorities Plan<www.halifax.ca/sites/default/files/documents/city-hall/budget-finances/2021%20StrategicPrioritesPlan_Final.pdf> to establish a safe and accessible integrated mobility network. Traffic impact: Traffic will be restricted to one way on Almon Street between Robie Street and Gladstone Street. This one-way street closure will be in place to minimize the impact to Robie Street while work continues the Almon Street Bikeway. Detours will be in place. Motorists should expect delays and are asked to take alternative routes whenever possible. –
