Traffic Delay – Atlantic Club of Ganesh Festival Parade Date: Saturday, September 16 Time: 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. Details: The parade begin on Cogswell Street, adjacent to the Emera Oval. It will then proceed to North Park Street and Cunard Street – ending at Princess Place. Traffic impact: The parade will proceed along the inner lanes adjacent to the Halifax Common. Westbound lanes of Cogswell Street will be closed between North Park Street and Robie Street, where the parade will marshall. –
