Work details: This work is for traffic signal installation. This project supports the 2021-25 Regional Council Strategic Priorities Plan<www.halifax.ca/sites/default/files/documents/city-hall/budget-finances/2021%20StrategicPrioritesPlan_Final.pdf> to establish a safe and accessible integrated mobility network.
Traffic impact: During this work there will be lane drops with occasional stop and go traffic. At times, the traffic signals will be shut down and traffic control personnel will be in place to direct traffic, pedestrians and bicycles. Motorists should expect delays and are asked to use alternative routes whenever possible.
