Traffic Delay – Bell Road
Location: Bell Road between Cogswell Street to Trollope Street Dates: Friday, June 2 to Sunday, June 4
Time: 9 a.m. Friday to 4 p.m. Sunday
Work details: This delay is to facilitate the safe trenching and maneuvering of equipment for work related to the new Halifax Commons Aquatic Facility<www.halifax.ca/parks-recreation/parks-trails-gardens/parks-capital-projects/halifax-common-aquatics-facility>.
Traffic impact: Traffic will be reduced to one lane in each direction on Friday, June 2. The Bell Road outbound lane, towards the intersection of Quinpool Road and Robie Street, will be closed and traffic will be detoured on Saturday, June 3 to Sunday June 4. Motorists should expect delays and are asked to take alternative routes whenever possible.
