Traffic Delay – Cain Street
Location: Cain Street until North Preston Road
Time: 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Work details: This work is related to the preparation of a new sidewalk installation. This project supports the 2021-25 Regional Council Strategic Priorities Plan<www.halifax.ca/sites/default/files/documents/city-hall/budget-finances/2021%20StrategicPrioritesPlan_Final.pdf> to establish a safe and accessible integrated mobility network.
Traffic impact: Lane drops and stop-and-go traffic will be in place while work is underway. Motorists should expect delays and are asked to use alternative routes whenever possible.
