Traffic Delay – Highlanders Freedom of the City Parade Location: Perimeter Road, Sackville Street, Brunswick Street, Duke Street and Barrington Street. Date: Wednesday, Aug. 21 Time: Noon to 1 p.m. Details: Traffic delays will be in place to facilitate the 75th Highlanders Freedom of the City Parade. Traffic impact: The parade will start at the Citadel National Historic Side and the proceed along Perimeter Road. The parade will then proceed east on Sackville Street, north on Brunswick Street, east on Duke Street, south on Barrington Street with a stop at Grand Parade before continuing along Barrington Street to Government House. –
