Traffic Delay – Windmill Road Location: Windmill Road, from the intersection with Wright Avenue and Victoria Road Dates: Saturday, Nov. 4 to Sunday, Nov. 19 (weekends only) Time: 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Traffic impact: A stop and go routine of traffic to be maintained and traffic control personnel will also be on-site while work is underway. Pedestrian and all emergency access will be maintained. Motorists are advice to use alternative routes whenever possible.
