Trail Closure – Sackville Greenway Trail
Location: Sackville Greenway Trail between Alder Crescent and the baseball field near Atlantic Superstore.
Date: Monday, October 16 until Friday, November 3.
Time: 7 a.m. until 6 p.m. (weekdays only)
Work details: The portion of the trail noted above will be closed for repairs that are needed due to washout from recent flooding, as well as previously scheduled drainage improvements to minimize surface water and ice on the trail. This work supports 2021-25 Regional Council Strategic Priorities Plan<www.halifax.ca/sites/default/files/documents/city-hall/budget-finances/2021%20StrategicPrioritesPlan_Final.pdf> to establish a safe and accessible integrated mobility network.
