This has required a temporary shutdown that will impact water service for most of the Halifax Peninsula. No estimate of service restoration time. There will be stop-and-go traffic in the work zone. Experienced traffic control personnel will be on-site to manage traffic flows. Sidewalks are closed on Roosevelt and parts of Quinpool Road.
