A public consultation meeting is scheduled for 7pm tonight at the Halifax Forum as part of the approval process for this proposed 5-storey mixed-use building on Chebucto Rd. near Beech and Elm St.

There will be over 8000 sqft of commercial ground floor, 52 residential units, access to a surface 10-stall, and an underground 42-stall parking areas.

Feedback from the consultation tonight will be included with a staff report and presented to the Halifax West Community Council. They will decide if it moves onto the next stage which will be a public hearing.
