A human rights complainant has requested a publication ban on her name at an independent public board of inquiry by the Human Rights Commission. The complainant alleges discrimination by her employer in failing to accommodate her physical disabilities and does not want to be identified by media.

The complainant alleges discrimination by her employer in failing to accommodate her physical disabilities and does not want to be identified by media.

The publication ban motion and application to amend the complaint will be heard by the board chair Kathryn Raymond at 9:30 a.m., Thursday, Dec. 5 and 10 a.m., Friday, at the Windmill Room, Holiday Inn Halifax Harbourview, 101 Wyse Rd., Dartmouth.

Submissions from media should be made at that time. Written submissions should be provided to the board chair in advance and sent to Kathryn Raymond, Boyne Clarke, 99 Wyse Rd., Dartmouth, N.S., by fax at 902-463-7500 or e-mail at Prowse@boyneclarke.ca.
