Queensland Beach Provincial Park near Hubbards, Halifax Regional Municipality, will be closed starting Thursday, June 21 to allow for road construction and parking lot improvements required following damage caused during a winter storm.
The closure affects Conrads Road from Trunk 3 to Queensland Lake Bridge. A signed detour will be in place for vehicle traffic. Both the roadway and beach will be closed to pedestrians as well.
Queensland Beach Provincial Park is expected to re-open after construction is complete on Saturday, June 30.
