Friday, August 14, 2015 (Halifax, NS) – The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents that demolition of the west wing of 6067 Quinpool Road, the former Saint Patrick’s High School building, will get underway on Monday, August 17.
Equipment is currently assembling onsite to prepare for demolition of the west wing of the building, which is bordered by Quingate Place and the St.
Pat’s Greenway active transportation trail.
This construction activity will require a temporary closure of the active transportation trail beginning on Monday, August 17, to ensure safe travel around the site during this work. It is anticipated that the trail will re-open for regular access by the following Monday, August 24.
We regret any inconvenience that may be caused by this construction activity.
