Driver of Honda Civic in Cole Harbour identified, no charges pending

The driver of a black Honda Civic seen yesterday on Chaswood Dr. in Cole Harbour has been identified and no charges are pending.

On January 19, Nova Scotia RCMP requested help identifying the driver. The driver quickly identified himself to police and it was determined that the incident did not involve criminality.

The RCMP​ is requesting help identifying the driver of a black Honda Civic​ seen this afternoon​ on Chaswood Dr.​

This afternoon a driver of a black Honda Civic engaged children in conversation in the Chaswood Dr., Cole Harbour area and appeared to be video taping the children playing in the snow. The driver is described as a man with light brown complexion, 20 to 25-year-old and wearing a black turban.

Halifax District RCMP is reaching out to the public in the event somebody knows the driver.​ The driver or anyone with information is asked to contact Halifax District RCMP at 902-244-7208.
