Halifax District RCMP are requesting the public's assistance identifying a suspicious vehicle and occupants. On Wednesday, December 17th at approximately 2:45 p.m., Halifax District RCMP responded to a suspicious vehicle complaint on Parklyn Court.

On Wednesday, December 17th at approximately 2:45 p.m., Halifax District RCMP responded to a suspicious vehicle complaint on Parklyn Court.

Preliminary investigation determined that two boys were coming off the bus when one boy was approached by a white cube van with dark tinted windows. It was reported that the passenger exited the van and chased the 12-year-old boy to his nearby house. The boy was not hurt. This vehicle which was not familiar to area residents was seen driving very slowly down the street.

The two males in the van were described as follows: white male driver and the passenger who exited the van on at least one occasion is described as white, 5`10“ tall, bulky build, black hair and wearing blue jeans and a black jacket.
