Lunenburg District RCMP is asking for the public’s assistance to locate a stolen antique motorcycle.
An antique motorcycle was stolen from a home in Dayspring between April 10 and May 11. The motorcycle has a lot of sentimental value to the owner, who bought it new 40 years ago, and is in ‘mint’ condition. The motorcycle is described as a black 1974 Kawasaki 100CC, with chrome fenders and rims, and spoked wheels. It has a rare ten-speed transmission.
The owner is anxious to get his motorcycle back. Lunenburg District RCMP are asking anyone who has information about it to contact Lunenburg District RCMP at 902-527-5555 or Nova Scotia Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS. The public can also get in touch with Crime Stoppers by texting TIP202 and a message to CRIMES (274637) or by Secure Web Tips at www.crimestoppers.ns.ca.
