RCMP charge driver for Stunting, Pictou County, N.S.

RCMP have charged a male driver for Stunting in Pine Tree. Yesterday, Eastern Traffic Services were conducting speed enforcement on Highway 104 and observed a vehicle traveling at 154 km/h in a 100 km/h zone.

Yesterday, Eastern Traffic Services were conducting speed enforcement on Highway 104 and observed a vehicle traveling at 154 km/h in a 100 km/h zone.

A 24-year-old male from Antigonish was charged under the Motor Vehicle Act for Stunting. The driver has been immediately suspended from driving for a minimum period of one week. His car was also seized for one week. Upon conviction, the driver also faces a fine of $2412.41 and an automatic six points will be assigned to his driver’s record.
