RCMP Close Hwy 3 in Upper Lahave

January 25, 2015, Lunenburg County, Nova Scotia . . . Lunenburg RCMP have closed Highway 3 in Upper Lahave.

At approximately 11:04 a.m. this morning, Lunenburg RCMP assisted Dayspring Fire Department in responding to a garage fire at a residence in the 13000 block of Hwy 3 in Upper Lahave.
RCMP have closed Highway 3 in Upper Lahave at this time. Motorists are being asked to avoid this area if possible and traffic is being re-outed at Bolivar Rd. and Larry Fraser Rd. Highway 3 is expected to be closed for the next few hours.
