Lunenburg District RCMP has concluded an investigation into an alleged attempted child abduction that took place yesterday afternoon.
A 10-year-old girl reported that while walking along Highway 3, an elderly couple pulled over and offered to drive her home from school. She declined and ran home. The RCMP were able to locate the elderly couple and upon further investigation, it was determined that there was no criminal intent.
Lunenburg County RCMP has concluded the investigation without charges.
