RCMP identifies found human remains – Block­house, Nova Scotia

Lunenburg District RCMP has identified the human remains di­scovered  near Highw­ay 103 on July 7.

After an investigati­on was conducted by the RCMP and the Nova Scotia Medical Exa­miner’s Office, the remains were confirm­ed to be that of 59-­year-old Gregory Mil­ford Lyle of Brookly­n, Queens County.

Mr. Lyle was reporte­d missing to Bridgew­ater Police on June 10, 2016. Police do not suspect foul pla­y.

Our thoughts are with Mr. Lyle’s family during this difficult time.
