Inverness County District RCMP have identified David Joseph Paul, age 34, of Reservation Road, Waycobah, Nova Scotia as the victim of the fatal bicycle accident on August 17th. He was formerly from Eskasoni First Nation and has been a resident of Waycobah First Nation since 2001.
