RCMP investigate break and enter with violence, Indian Brook, N.S.

Indian Brook RCMP are investigating a violent break and enter that occurred yesterday.

At approximately 6:44 a.m. yesterday morning, Indian Brook and Enfield RCMP responded to a 911 call at a residence on Meadow Brook Road in Indian Brook.

Two suspects had broken into a home and assaulted a 37-year-old male resident. The two suspects then fled from the residence. The victim was transported to Colchester Regional Hospital where he was treated and later released.

Officers later attended a residence on Mill Village Road in Shubenacadie and arrested one of the suspects, 30-year-old Jeremiah Paul.

Jeremiah Paul will be appear in Shubenacadie Provincial Court on November 10th, 2014 for charges of Robbery, Aggravated Assault, Break and Enter, Assault, and Mischief to Property.

At this time, officers are still searching for the second suspect. He is believed to be a male in his mid-twenties, medium-dark complexion, 6 feet tall, approximately 270 lbs and heavy set build.
