RCMP Investigate Death of Cat in Cole Harbour

 

December 5, 2011, Halifax Regional Municipality (HRM)… RCMP are investigating a suspicious death of a cat in Cole Harbour, Nova Scotia.
 
On December 3, 2011 at 11:45 p.m. Cole Harbour RCMP responded to a call at an apartment building on Cole Harbour Road. 
 
Upon arrival, police discovered a dead cat in an apartment unit.  An intoxicated Cole Harbour male and tenant of the apartment was subsequently arrested and charges may be pending.
 
Police continue to investigate and the cat has been sent for a necropsy.
