RCMP Investigate Serious Collision

RCMP investigate a motor vehicle collision.

At 11:00 a.m on May 7, 2016, Colchester District RCMP responded to collision involving a GMC Sierra truck and a Dodge Ram truck that occurred at the intersection of East Court Road and College Road in Bible Hill.

The driver of the GMC Sierra, a 63-year-old man from Valley, Nova Scotia was transported to the Colchester East Hants Health Centre with serious injuries. The driver of the Dodge Ram, a 37-year-old man from Debert, was also transported to hospital with minor injuries. There were two passengers in the Dodge Ram, both were children who did not sustain any injuries.

The cause of the collision is still under investigation.
