Richmond County RCMP is investigating damage to lobster gear that occurred overnight on June 13, 2015.
Preliminary investigation determined that approximately 60 lobster traps were cut after they were set offshore.
The loss of gear is estimated at approximately $6,500, not including lost catch revenue for the owner.
