RCMP investigates series of ATV thefts – Lunenburg

RCMP Districts are investigating a series of all-terrain vehicle (ATV) thefts in the Lunenburg County, Queens County, Kings County and Tantallon areas.

Officers continue to investigate, however, are asking ATV owners to take preventative measures to ensure that their ATVs are secure. This includes storing the ATV in a well-lit, secure location and to never leave the keys in an accessible or obvious location. Given some ATVs have been stolen from secure garages, the RCMP are encouraging citizens to store their ATVs behind parked vehicles to serve as a deterrent to would be thieves.
