At approximately 8:20 p.m. last night, police were called to a single-vehicle crash near the Old Chelsea Rd. in Baker Settlement.

The RCMP, Fire and EHS attended the scene and found an enclosed side-by-side style All Terrain Vehicle (ATV) near the roadway on its side. The driver, a 48-year-old man from Lunenburg County was pronounced deceased at the scene.

A RCMP collision re-constructionist attended the scene and the investigation is ongoing.
