RCMP investigating suspicious fire

Barrington RCMP Detachment is asking for the public’s help to solve a suspicious fire to a residence on Browns Pit Rd. in Clyde River.

Monday afternoon, at approximately 3:34 p.m., emergency services were contacted stating a residence was on fire. The fire caused extensive damage to the residence.

Investigators have determined the fire to be suspicious and are working with the Nova Scotia Office of the Fire Marshal. There were no injuries.
