Cst. Kedzierski was posted to the Musquodoboit Harbour detachment at the time of the offense and remains suspended with pay.

Cst. Kedzierski appeared in Ontario Provincial Court in Sudbury Tuesday to face the sexual assault charge and is scheduled to appear again at a later date. An internal Code of Conduct investigation is also underway in relation to Cst. Kedzierski’s conduct.
