Colchester County RCMP are on the scene of barricaded person/s on Stewart Hill Road in Upper Stewiacke.
As the result of an ongoing investigation into break and enters and thefts in the region, the RCMP believe they located the suspect/s who are now barricaded in a camp.
The RCMP has secured an area and are currently trying to make contact with those inside. RCMP Emergency Response Team (ERT) and crisis negotiator are on the scene.
RCMP advises that Stewart Hill Road is closed to traffic.
