RCMP requests assistance to locate stolen tractor


In the overnight hours between October 7 and 8, a 2005 Kioti farm tractor was stolen from behind the garage of a residence on Truro Heights Rd. The tractor is orange, has LED lights on the roof, and forklift-style forks on the front. The forks on the front of the tractor were recently painted bright orange.

Colchester District RCMP is asking anyone who has information about this incident to call them at 902 893 6820, or 800 803 RCMP (7267). Should you wish to remain anonymous, you can also contact Nova Scotia Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477) or text TIP202 + your message to ‘CRIMES’ (274637) or submit tips by Secure Web Tips atwww.crimestoppers.ns.ca. Calls to Crime Stoppers are not taped or traced and if police make an arrest and lay charges based on a tip, callers qualify for a cash award.
