Just before 7:30 p.m. Sunday evening, Halifax District RCMP responded to a complaint of an assault after a witness observed a young female being pushed in to a black Honda SUV by an older female. The young female was then punched by the older female, before the vehicle sped off towards Glendale Dr. The incident occurred in the 1400 block on Riverside Dr. in Lower Sackville.
The victim is described as a black female in her teens, black hair, 5-feet tall, black t-shirt and shorts. The suspect is described as a black female in her thirties, 5’2” wearing a black head wrap and short pants.
