RCMP seek public assistance in disturbing incident

Halifax District RCMP is investigating after a resident who lives on Highway 7 in East Ship Harbour found cut up sausage laced with broken glass scattered around their backyard where their dogs frequent. The incident took place between November 27 and 28.
