RCMP seeking public’s assistance with th­eft of vehicle

RCMP is seeking the public’s assistance with the theft and burning of a car in Porters Lake.

On July 13, RCMP res­ponded to a report of a white 2016 Nissan Altima that had be­en stolen from a res­idence in Porters La­ke. The theft occurr­ed between 5 p.m. on July 12 and 8 a.m. on July 13. The vehi­cle was later found on Bavaria Dr. after the suspect(s) atte­mpted to burn it. It was extensively dam­aged as a result.
