RCMP seize stolen property and make arrest, Waverley, N.S.

RCMP seized several pieces of stolen property and arrested a man after executing a residential search warrant.

On Tuesday, April 14th officers with the Lower Sackville RCMP and Halifax District RCMP Street Crime Enforcement Unit (SCEU) executed a search warrant at a residence on Waverley Road.

As a result, RCMP seized several pieces of stolen property from previous property crimes. An adult male was arrested and taken into custody at the scene without incident.

The 47-year-old Waverley man is facing charges of two counts of Break Enter and Theft, Trafficking in Stolen Property, Possession of Property Obtained by Crime and five counts of Breach of Probation. The accused was released on a Promise to Appear and is scheduled to appear in Dartmouth Provincial Court on May 20th, 2015.
