Halifax District RCMP, with assistance from the Halifax Regional Board of Police Commissioners, will be hosting a series of community consultation sessions throughout the District in April.
The purpose of the sessions is to give citizens, local councillors and government representatives the opportunity to discuss a variety of community concerns in an open forum, with the goal of assisting the Halifax District RCMP determine policing priorities for 2016/2017. “We want to hear directly from the citizens we serve because local priorities are important to us” said Superintendent Dennis Daley, acting Officer in Charge of Halifax District RCMP.
