Did you eat dunkaroos as a kid? I mean of course you did unless you were raised under a rock, well this recipe vastly resembles this childhood favorite, but served with apples it gets a grown up approved upgrade.
If you’re looking for a super easy dessert recipe (that;s also kid friendly) let me tell you this is IT! And with just two ingredients you can be well on your way.
I love this recipe, but I can’t take any credit for creating it. My friend brought this to a potluck I hosted at my place for my dance friends to watch the DVD of the year end show, and let me tell it’s like a party in your mouth!
One of the fun parts about attending and/or hosting a potluck is getting to try new things. I mean I’m pretty good to drum up a recipe here and there, but I also can get stuck in rut like anyone else. I loved this recipe so much that I had to recreate it again myself, and to you share with all of you.
But what’s amazing is that it’s SO so so easy to put together, but my only regret is that I didn’t top it with sprinkles. Next time Kayla. AND THERE WILL BE A NEXT TIME.
CONFETTI CAKE BATTER DIP
INGREDIENTS
1 box of confetti cake mix
3 cups Greek yogurt (flavor of choice)
DIRECTIONS
Combine ingredients in a bowl until you get your desired consistency. Keep covered and refrigerated until ready to serve. Serve with apples or graham crackers (if you’re feeling nostalgic).
If you don’t want to make a massive batch in fear of consuming the whole thing yourself (I feel you), simply combine the cake mix with one serving of Greek yogurt until you get the consistency you want, and enjoy! It’s literally that easy.
Hope you enjoyed today’s recipe post!
