Area II Calendar [click here] – Dartmouth, Bedford, Hammonds Plains, Upper Hammonds Plains, Stillwater Lake, Upper Tantallon, Beechville, Lakeside, and Timberlea.

Bi-weekly recycling will occur on the same week as regularly scheduled organics collection. For residents who currently receive bi-weekly recyclables collection, there is no change in service.

Additionally, summer weekly green cart collection for residential curbside collection will begin on Friday, July 2 and extend until Thursday, Sept. 30.

The summer weekly green cart collection service schedule will be in effect for all areas of the municipality for the months of July, August, and September. Collection services can begin as early as 7 a.m. – to ensure collection, residents are asked to place materials curbside the evening prior to collection day.

Note: Regular curbside collection pickup scheduled for Canada Day, Thursday, July 1, will occur instead on Saturday, July 3.
